If you haven't heard of it- here's a little description from their site: The Kinfolk dinner series is about inviting people to gather and take advantage of the rich community that already exists around them, opening up and drawing close to the people that share a common place. We aim to encourage collaboration amidst local artisans and small businesses. Our plan? 12 dinners, 12 cities, once every month. We created fifty seasonal bunches for the "farmer's market" where guests were invited to shop and get to know some amazing local vendors after eating the yummy food prepared by the Heirloom Cafe. We were also lucky enough to be invited to attend...Matt and I had the pleasure of sitting with Rachel, Samin, and Erin- we couldn't have asked for better company. I included just flower pics here but be sure to visit their site to check out the whole brunch! Our California grown bunches included so many of our favorites- lily of the valley, muscari, and fritillaria from Eureka, peonies from Fremont, sweet peas and poppies from Half Moon Bay, and honeysuckle and scented geranium from my garden in Pacifica! ALL PHOTOS FROM KINFOLK BY LAURA DART.

If you didn't know it already...we are three friends who share a storefront in the Nopa/Lower Haight area of San Francisco. We sell jewelry, items for the home, flower arrangements and plants, and other handmade objects. We are looking for a really friendly person who is also great at selling things to work at the shop every Saturday and two Fridays a month. (store hours are 12-6, $13 per hour)

Please send an email with cover letter in the body and resume attachment to prairiecollective@gmail.com...or even better to drop off in person at the shop in addition to emailing.
